Principal’s Greeting

The theme for the 2010-2011 school year is "Rock On!" This theme is based on Psalm 18:2, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." The image of God as our Rock reminds us of His unchanging, dependable, and unshakeable love. We will be exploring this theme in our classroom devotions, Chapel worship services, and Bible studies. We will be using both real rocks and "rock and roll" items to illustrate our theme. We look forward to having everyone join us as we "Rock On" to the beat of God's unchanging love!

Julie Walther is a familiar face around St. Paul. Originally from Nebraska, she and her husband, Curtis, have been involved in the ministry of St. Paul in a variety of ways for over twenty years. She has taught a wide range of grade levels and subjects and is currently serving in her ninth year as principal. She enjoys reading, Cornhusker football, playing in the handbell choir, and spending time with friends and family.
