Rachel Bourassa is our third grade teacher and PSIA coordinator. She is a native Texan, originally from Arlington, Texas. She comes from a very close family that has helped her grow into the strong Christian woman she is today. She graduated from Concordia University Texas with a Lutheran teaching degree in 2008. She loves teaching and watching her students grow. Singing and dancing to Multiplication Rock with her students is a blast! She is also known for making up impromptu songs and singing them throughout the day (ask the fourth graders). She enjoys receiving hugs and artwork from her students. In return, she loves to treat them with surprises or words of thanks. She believes each day is a fresh start in the classroom. Forgiveness and a smile are the perfect way to start off any day. She looks forward to planting the love of Jesus in her students, so they can grow and share it with others. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and most importantly- the Lord! |
