Mrs. Schmidt, a native of Missouri, moved to Harlingen after graduating from Concordia University in Nebraska. She is looking forward to her first year of teaching and knows that it will be an amazing experience. A new career isn.t the only change in Megan's life. In July, she married Jacob Schmidt, who is now employed at Valley Telephone Cooperative Inc. where he works in the IT department. Both Megan and Jacob are excited to be in the Valley and are enjoying the warm hospitality of Texas. In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, working out, and traveling. |
