Ramiro Silva enlisted in the U.S. Navy in May 1982 and served for 24 years. He retired from the Navy in June and came out of retirement to accept a teaching position at St. Paul. He spends his days teaching upper grade Spanish and PE to grades 1-8. He also serves as Athletic Director. Ramiro and his wife, Wanda, were married at St. Paul Church in 1982. They are active church members, along with their daughters, Ashley and Carmen. They live in Harlingen and spend their free time enjoying the company of family and friends. |
